By means of this document, the company INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES ITS-LLC with Registration No. 412818 in the Department of State of Puerto Rico, EIN No. 660903490, and address 582 Calle Creuz, Villa Cadiz, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00923-1826, and its subsidiary companies, collectively referred to simply as: “Utransfer”, Brand and Trade Name of which it is the sole owner, creator, distributor, and developer. The use of Utransfer's services and consumption of its products is subject to the acceptance of the following Privacy Policies. In case of discrepancy between the text in Spanish and any other language of these Terms and Conditions, the document in Spanish shall prevail. Utransfer is committed to the protection of your data. We are committed to protecting your personal information and taking all appropriate measures, within best practices, to ensure that we will use such information in accordance with your will and your needs for the use of Utransfer's services and consumption of its products.
Scope
If you are using our services and/or consuming our products, this Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect from you and all users of our products and services, whether in our physical establishments or through our website, our customer service lines, WhatsApp, and other online platforms, our mobile applications for Android and iOS, recipients of our emails, numbers and User accounts when you interact with us in any other manner. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time at our complete discretion. We will timely notify all our users in case there is a change in these policies.
Our intention with the information we receive from you and process under the legal principles of personal data protection is to present you with guidelines for online data protection and to inform you of the options available to collect information about you when you contact us, hire our services, or consume our products. The user freely consents and expressly authorizes Utransfer to collect and store information through the platform as described in the ORGANIC LAW OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION of Ecuador, Chapter 1 SCOPE OF INTEGRAL APPLICATION, Article 4.

Health and Sexual Preferences (when they are necessary for the provision of any of our products or services)

The data collected, as previously stated, is used to conduct market research and offer more personalized services and products to clients.
In general, Utransfer will only process the Personal Data of children and adolescents when their legal representative has given consent for such processing, to comply with a legal obligation and/or to satisfy a legitimate interest of Utransfer.
However, according to current regulations, teenagers over fifteen (15) years old and under eighteen (18) years old may exercise their rights directly before the personal data processor or before the Personal Data Protection Authority.
